President, Senior Wetland EcologistBritt A. Feldner
Mr. Feldner has called Horry County, South Carolina home for the past 32 years and has been a member of The Brigman Company team since 1996. He enjoys spending time with his family and has been happily married to his wife for 28 years; together they have two sons who also reside in Horry County.
Mr. Feldner possesses extensive experience in all aspects of wetland regulatory services and has provided knowledgeable guidance to nearly 2,000 clients throughout his career. His expertise spans small, local development projects to complex private developments, commercial ventures, and municipal or institutional infrastructure improvements throughout SC, NC, and northern GA. Through decades of practice, he has developed a strong reputation for delivering predictable, desirable outcomes within the federal, state, and local regulatory framework.
Vice President, EPCharles C. Oates, Jr.
Mr. Oates is a Senior Wetland Ecologist and Environmental Professional for The Brigman Company. Mr. Oates has over 30 years of extensive experience in all aspects of wetland identification, permitting, and regulatory compliance as well as Phase I Environmental Site Assessments. Mr. Oates brings a broad base of experience and knowledge to The Brigman Company team.
Senior Wetland EcologistCorey L Singleton
Mr. Singleton is a Conway native and a valued member of The Brigman Company. He has experience in all aspects of wetland delineation, regulatory services, and permitting. As The Brigman Company’s mapping specialist, Mr. Singleton integrates field reconnaissance with GIS and GPS technologies to develop detailed maps, figures, and imagery with sub-meter accuracy. His technical expertise and attention to detail help maximize project outcomes and provide clients with accurate, reliable information for informed decision-making.
Office managerAmy K. Crawford
Amy has been the Office Manager at The Brigman Company since 2023, overseeing comprehensive administrative and financial operations. She manages accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, record-keeping, vendor communication, and daily workflow coordination. Amy is known for improving office efficiency, maintaining accurate financial processes, and supporting smooth business operations through strong organization, attention to detail, and proactive problem‑solving.
Wetland EcologistNathen A. Clark
Mr. Clark is a Wetland Ecologist with The Brigman Company specializing in wetland delineation, regulatory services, and environmental permitting. He assists clients with jurisdictional determinations, Section 401 & 404 permitting, permit compliance inspections, and threatened and endangered species assessments. Mr. Clark develops accurate field data and mapping products to support environmental evaluations, permitting efforts, and regulatory compliance. His background in forestry and natural resource management provides a strong foundation for helping clients achieve successful project outcomes while promoting responsible land development and environmental stewardship.
