With more than 27 years experience in the wetland regulatory consulting field, Mr. Floyd has worked on sites ranging in size from a single home lot to an 11,000-acre-plus multi-phase development. His working knowledge of the wetland regulatory process from the field determination/delineation stage through wetland master planning is widely sought. He has conducted on-site wetland determinations/delineations of over 1500 sites throughout the southeast. Mr. Floyd has earned a reputation of respect among environmental regulators on the federal, state and local level. Through his established relationship with regulatory agencies, he can usually get an early, candid assessment of your project’s permit-ability long before you invest substantial time and money. Mr. Floyd’s expertise was called on to assist NASA with developing and refining technology that identifies wetlands using satellite imagery. He is regularly called on to conduct continuing education seminars on topics such as: wetland recognition, wetland determination/delineation methodologies, wetland master planning, permitting and tree identification.

Mr. Fairey has been a member of The Brigman Company team since 2012. He has over 11 years of professional experience and has managed and completed all aspects of our land surveying tasks. As a Land Surveyor he has worked with clients on projects both large and small.
