The Right Answers
Nothing stifles economic growth like uncertainty. Before you commit
valuable resources to a project you first need to know its potential. Is the
site suitable for your plans? With staff hours and money at stake, are there
any environmental obstacles? Environmental rules and regulations are
constantly changing. As consultants we are not only aware of these changes,
but strive to remain on the forefront, providing our clients insight,
creative solutions and assistance in implementing their projects. We know
the impact that environmental issues and regulatory decisions have on your
schedule and profitability.
Our established relationships with regulatory agencies means we can usually
get an early candid assessment of your projects permitting possibilities long before
you invest substantial time and money.

The Right Tools
We maintain an extensive library of remote sensing materials, including
the most recent color infra-red photography, USGS topographical maps, USDA
soil surveys and National Wetland Inventory maps that allow us to compile a
wealth of information concerning the regulatory status of a site within
hours after a request has been made. On larger tracts and in remote places,
or when faced with dense underbrush, we employ a Bombardier J5. The
Bombardier J5 is an agile, flexible track, low-ground-pressure vehicle that
allows us to cover a lot of ground quickly and ground truth areas otherwise
inaccessible. Another tool unique to The Brigman Company is the use of Palm
PilotsĀ® to collect wetland determination data in the field. The use of the
PalmĀ® makes for fast and accurate documentation of all critical field data.
